Meet Rachael Cave

From Bookseller to Book Advocate

Books have always been at the center of my career.


For years, I had the privilege of serving as the Events Director at Barnes & Noble at The Grove, where I produced thousands of author events, book launches, and conversations with some of the world's most recognizable authors, celebrities, and thought leaders.


Working alongside publishers, publicists, bookstores, and authors gave me a unique perspective on what makes a successful book campaign. I saw firsthand that the strongest launches weren't built on publicity alone. They were built on meaningful connections between authors and readers.


That experience became the foundation for Antrum Agency.
